Entry Fee:
HK$1,300 per person
(Inclusive of green fee, lunch and transportation between golf course and Conference Hotels)

Handicap Requirements:
Subject to special permission (such as for competitions, groups and special events at the sole discretion of the Golf Course Management), the handicap requirements are:

Men: 36.4 or below
Ladies: 40.4 or below

The Golf Course accepts handicap certificates from all recognised golf governing bodies and associations. Reference letters will not be accepted. Players with certificates from other issuing bodies may be permitted to play the first time at the Golf Course Management's discretion. The Management reserves the right to take appropriate action against players whose play are inconsistent with their handicap.

Cancellation:
Entry fee is non-refundable for withdrawal notice received after 27 October 2008. No show will also be charged.

The arrangement of golf tournament is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the only liability of the Congress Organizer is to refund all the fees paid.
